Delivery Policy

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

Returns: We understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged or incomplete. If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please contact us at zester.edu@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product. In your email, please provide photographic evidence of the damage or incompleteness of the product. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the product.

Exchanges: We do not offer refunds on our products. However, if you have received a damaged or incomplete product and have contacted us within the specified timeframe with photographic evidence, we will be happy to exchange the product for a new one. Once we receive the returned product and verify the damage or incompleteness, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for return shipping to avoid any further damage.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify the damage or incompleteness, we will process the exchange and ship a replacement product to you. We will notify you via email once the replacement product has been shipped.

Non-eligible Items: Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or incomplete due to our error. In such cases, please contact us at zester.ja@gmail.com, providing photographic evidence, and we will assist you accordingly.
